Mark as Useful Called my father-in-law to say that they had a summons to serve me to show up in court. No thing had ever been sent to my home regarding this matter. My father-in-law lives 4 hours away in a different state. The debt they are wanting to collect on was taken care of last year and no longer shows up on my credit report as being outstanding.

Mark as Useful This number has called twice without leaving a message. I've also received a great number of calls from an Unknown caller (different person on the other end every time) but they always ask for "Lester."
I am on the do-not-call list, why am I getting spammed?!

I received the same type of call with that number.
I immediately call the customer service Rogers to report this call, all they can tell me is that it is a disconnected number
The question should have asked is:
Who has the control of these phone systems?
Nothing to reassure me to use my phone again
